Users can import data into Analyze on their own to create new datasets.
Data Import currently works with SPSS (.SAV) and Qualtrics (.QSF and .CSV) files, but support for additional file formats is planned.
Overall, there are two broad concepts when importing data into Analyze:

Importing a data file into Analyze to produce a dataset

Editing the dataset to organize the questions to make the imported project more user-friendly
Importing the data file is done in the Get Data page of Analyze.
After the data has been converted into a dataset, it can be edited directly in Analyze.
