Results can be calculated in different ways depending on the question type. For numeric questions to change it left click the numeric question. Read more in Selecting an output style.
For categorical questions, instead of a context menu, there is a # tab item. # tab item nested under the categorical question when it's in the calculation panel or if the question is placed in the non-calculation panel then the # tab item is placed alone in the calculation panel. # tab item contains all calculation settings.
