Assigning Statistics Values
Stat values are available and editable only in numeric questions.
Edit stat values by manually clicking in the individual field or by selecting the Edit Stat Value option from the context menu.
When the question is set to 'Numeric' the stat values are assigned from the codes.
If the underlying code is not numeric, the stat value is left empty.
Stat values also support decimals.
