Output Settings

 
Right-clicking on a variable will make the following output settings menu appear.

Show categories

Check "Show categories" if you want the spreadsheet to display results for all desired values of a categorical variable. If there was a subset created, only the values included in the subset will be displayed.

Show subset/subset remainder total

Click if you want to hide/show the subset total column or row. If no subset is defined then the subset total is the same as the sample total.

Show sample total

Click if you want to hide/show the sample total column or row which shows calculations for the whole sample of survey respondents. You can apply custom label to sample total by selecting "Edit label".

Missing values settings

Select a desired option for missing values display.

Subset/Subset remainder naming option

Created "Subset" or its remainder can be named by clicking on the respective "Edit label" option. The typed in label will be displayed in the Spreadsheet.
