Apply Reusable Mapping

 
If you want to apply previously defined mapping to another question, select the option "Reusable - pick existing" from the drop-down menu "Mapping."

Open the window with the list of available mappings.

Choose the mapping you want to apply.
Be aware that not all visible mappings fit to the question you are currently recoding and some (or all) responses might not be mapped (they will have missing values).

After clicking Ok, you will return to the main recode window and the assignment of new labels will be copied from the selected reusable mapping. You can edit the mapping e.g., in case when there are some unmapped responses.
