Additional Interface Specifics

For both settings and parameters in the right ribbon, users will see a counter which will allow users to immediately identify if there are any options available for the given page in the specific right ribbon section.
In case there are page settings available, they will be grouped by the visual component they affect on the page. For these top-level sections, opening one of them automatically collapses all the others. The underlying settings are grouped in line with their Compose structure, but are presented in a refreshed interface.

Parameters available at the moment can be either single-select or multiselect lists of values.

In both cases, the parameter interface provides a search box that can be used to narrow down the list.

Note that the parameters will work exactly the same as they would in Compose - if the same parameter is used across multiple pages, the change of value on one page will automatically update all the other pages that use the same parameter. In the current version, no indicator is available to list the pages that will be affected by the change.

In terms of exports - analogical options to Compose are available. Users can choose file format, file name and define the scope of pages to be exported.

Once the export is triggered, you can check the progress in the menu opened with an arrow next to the download icon. There you can see which exports are still in progress and which are ready (and click on the file to download it),  clear the list of ready/ queued exports, or download all. The export icon will show a counter if there are any actions available, i.e., any exports either in progress or ready to be downloaded.

The exports are always based on the current state of the pages, not the original state (as shared by the author).
