Export Options For Visualizations
To improve the user experience and provide additional clarity, the options for exporting slide visualizations (Setup, Export to My Stories, and Export to PPTX / PDF) have been removed from the File menus of Analyze and Compose.
These options now appear in an updated export interface in Compose.
The updated visualization export options are now located in the slide interface of Compose.
Slide Setup and Export now appear in the bottom-right corner of Compose.
The Export feature now includes combined options for Interactive Slides, PPTX, or PDF.
Interactive Story is the default export option.
The Description and Tags fields are optional.
If multiple tags are used, separate them with a comma.
Remember to check the “I agree to publish...” box before exporting the story.
After the story export completes, a green status bar notification will appear above the slide in Compose.
To export a PPTX or PDF instead, change the Export As setting to File.
The file format is set to Power Point by default.
To export a PDF instead, select the PDF option from the Format selector.
Remember to check the “I agree to publish...” box before exporting.
As the file is exporting, a status notification will appear above the slide in the upper-right corner.
Another notification will appear when the file is ready to download.
