Choosing multiple datasets from different sources/years creates a risk of data incompatibility. There are cases where questions are added to/removed from a questionnaire in following years. It might affect the result of your report.
That is why Halo Reports informs you about the risk.
Orange and red lines might also appear when you define a new question or a recode for a group of datasets and then choose to work on a single dataset for which part of the included answers is missing.
Compatible question
Green line indicates that questions/responses from all sources are compatible.
Yellow line indicates that there are some discrepancies between questions/responses (for example: there are some responses which are not present in all datasets).
