Top or Bottom N report allows you to create a list of N elements with highest or lowest score/value/rank. It is available for both Questions and for Objects & KPIs.
You can enable it be selecting the option “Top / Bottom N” available in the context menu of the question.
When you have nested questions in your report the top / bottom N will be applied only to the last question.
Choose Top or Bottom report
You can create a top or bottom report. Use option "None" to switch off this functionality.
Enter N
Enter the number of items that you want to see in your report. It has to be a positive number.
Confirm to apply changes
Results (for Bottom 3)
Report shows three brands with lowest Overall satisfaction with product.
Results (for Top 3)
Report shows three brands with highest Overall satisfaction with product.
