Modify the Access Level for Users or Groups in a Collection
The access level for users or groups that were given access to a collection can be modified by completing the following steps:
Select the collection.
Click the 3-dot menu.
Choose the Manage Access menu option.
Click the current role to expand the drop-down menu and select a different option. Refer to the next section for steps to remove access.
5. There will be a status message to the left of the Save button, indicating there are pending changes. Click the Save button to apply the changes and confirm the access level changes.
6. The access level for the selected user or group will be updated and a confirmation notification will appear in the upper-right corner of the page.
