It works similarly to the Dynamic Image widget in Compose, where you have to specify an image repository and a value based on which an image will be matched. You can use this feature with Grid self replication of dynamic rows and columns.
In order to do that select a dynamic image cell type from the toolbox, select a repository and provide a value for the cell from the expression modal.
In the following example, the cell already contains a value of Make. When configured correctly, i.e., the rows or columns are dynamic, an image is displayed in all the cells instead of a label.
1. First of all, add a grid widget to your page:
2. Then add data to your grid, by clicking SELECT QUERY.
3. Click on the cell to change Cell type to Dynamic image. Remember that image cell is invalid prior to selecting a repository and providing a value.
4. After changing the Cell type, double-click on the cell and use Images option from the toolbar that allows selecting an image repository.
5. The next step is to select a repository. Choose the folder you require and then click Select at the bottom of the modal.
6. The labels will be automatically updated with the image from the selected repository.
