Create New Response from Condition

 
In order to add new condition to your question (UDQ), simply drag the question to "Condition for selected response" panel or right click on the particular question and select "Add to conditions".

Type in the name of a response. You can use numeric values to label the response.

Use this field to search for questions you would like to use.

Select particular subset of responses for each condition.
