This expands the smart selection.
Clicking the blue arrow once highlights the row or column.
Clicking the blue arrow a second time selects the entire data range.
Clicking the blue arrow a third time unselects the range.
Clicking the arrow once highlights the row (or column).
Clicking the arrow again highlights the entire data range.
