Permanent Versus Project-Scoped User-Defined Question
You can either define a new question for your current project or keep it permanently in dataset (in order to do this mark

User-defined question overview
").
New question set as permanent can be used by other users who receive access to them (read more in
Managing access to user-defined questions
).
New question which is not set as permanent is available only in the project where it was created.
