As a single user you can create projects and save them in your private folder "My projects". They are visible only to you.
When there is a need to share a project, you can either copy it to a public folder or move it there completely. All users who have access to this folder will be able to edit and save this project.
As a user assigned to a folder you are also able to browse, edit and delete projects in a public folder.
IMPORTANT!
Working on shared projects is associated with some risks. For example, it is possible to open the same project by two or more users. The last version saved will be the only version available.
