In order to perform any calculations in Analyze you need to select data to work with. After opening the "Get data" tab, you will access the connections manager where you can configure your connections to work with immediately or use later in your project.
List of studies
Select one of the studies from the list. One data connection can contain datasets only from one study. Changing study type will remove your current selection and the warning window will appear.
Chose from the list the datasets which you wish to be included in your data connection, and drag them to the field "Selected sources" on the right hand side of the screen or double click them. Selected datasets will then appear on the "Selected sources" list.
Choosing the button starts an analysis in Analyze view, using the data connection chosen in the "Selected sources" section. You can also start analyzing the selected datasets by clicking on the "Analyze" section name in the top middle part of the screen.
