A scope of datasets can be defined, for which the User defined filter will be available (for details see Setting a dataset scope for a UDF).

Filter definition

3. Filter definition
When a UDF is newly created, additional changes to filter structure cannot be made. However, when a filter is edited (UDFs context menu), filter definition can be changed using the usual rules for filtering (see Filter and Select subset).

Filter display in results

A custom text can be chosen (different from Filter name), which will be displayed in the results (Spreadsheet) and in the exported Excel files.

Keep permanently

5. Keep permanently
When this option is chosen, the UDF will be saved and will appear in each of your projects with matching dataset scope, it will also be possible to share the UDF with other users/folders.
