Users who create custom output styles are able to share them to folders or with specific users by using the standard manage access process.
Create a new output style or select an existing style to share under the User Styles section, then click the Manage Access button.
Your username (the owner who created the new output style) will be listed in the shared access list.
The Permission setting for the owner is set to Full.
To give other users access to the output style, click either the Share to Folder or the Share with User button.
The Share with User(s) window will display the names of the available users.
Select the user or users, then click the OK button.
The selected user(s) will be listed under the owner’s name.
By default, the permission setting for shared users is set to Read-only, but it can be changed to Full if you want to allow the specified users to be able to edit the output style that you created.
Click the Save button to give access to the specified users.
Instead of choosing to share the resource to specified users, you can share the output style to all users within a specified folder by clicking the Share To Folder button.
The Share to Folder(s) window will display the names of the available folders.
Select at least one folder name, then click the OK button.
Click the Save button to give access to the specified folder and all users within the shared folder.
