Search Section Names

The Search feature has been expanded to support searching section names.
The default behavior for search now includes results for section names, along with the results for questions.
Searching section names is turned on by default, but can be turned off.

The behavior for search results involving questions has not changed.

When a section name matches the search criteria/phrase, all questions within the section are shown in the search results, even if the individual question labels do not match the search phrase.
This allows for examples such as performing a search for "Demographics" and having all questions in the Demographics section shown in the results, even though the actual question labels do not include the phrase “demographics.”

To see all questions related to “Satisfaction,” that word can be used as the search criteria and all questions related to "satisfaction," whether they include "satisfaction" in the question label or are included in any section with "satisfaction" in the name are displayed.

Words that are part of the question and section search results are highlighted, so it's easier to know why the specific item is included in the search results.
The default behavior of Search is to include results for question labels, section names, and all questions within the matching section(s).

In summary:
The 'Search section names' accompanies the results for question searches.
'Search Questions' and 'Search in Responses' still behave the same as they did before the ability to search section names was added.
