Recodes which are not set as permanent are available only in the report where they were created.

Recoded and permanent question appears with letter R next to question category symbol. It is possible to use this question in all new reports.
"Keep permanently" checkbox will be marked by default for each newly opened modal so that the new recode will be available for use outside of the original report.
