Formatting a Selected Range of Cells

After getting into the Edit Mode of the table, hover over the cell that is at the beginning of the range to format.
In this example, the column headers are going to be formatted, so the ‘Econo Box’ cell is selected.

After hovering over a cell or clicking it, there will be grey arrows that appear.
These directional arrows offer the option to select the entire row or column.

Hover over one of the arrows and it will turn blue.
Click the blue arrow to select the entire range (row or column).

After clicking the blue arrow, the range (row) will be selected and standard formatting options in the tool box can be used

In this example, the column headers (Econo Box through Sample Total) were formatted to include center alignment, bold text, and a grey background.

Additional formatting selections can be made.
Notice the “Young families” row and the “Large MPV” column have a yellow background applied.

Use the last icon to the right in the toolbox to clear the formatting of the selection.
