Delete a List

 
 
Only Content Managers and Workspace Managers have the ability to delete a list.
Unlike deleting a workspace, deleting a list does not require the Content or Workspace Manager to move content items out of that list before it is deleted. The process of deleting a list will not delete any existing content items within the list. When a list is deleted, any content items simply get moved and organized back into the workspace.
In summary: Deleting a list will only delete the list itself. The list deletion process does not delete any content items within that list. Content items return to the workspace after the list is removed. Only the list gets deleted.
 
 
1. Select the list in the left menu tree and click on the 3-dot menu.
 
2. Choose Delete.
 
3. A dialog will appear prompting you to confirm the deletion.
 
 
4. To proceed with permanently deleting the list, click the Confirm button, otherwise click cancel.
 
5. The list is deleted and removed from the left menu tree. Any content items previously in the list are now accessible under the workspace.
