The order of responses can be changed by selecting one or more labels and dragging the selection to a different location.
The entire list of responses can be reordered at once by using the Reorder Items menu in the column header.
All responses can be sorted in ascending or descending order by Code, Stat Value, or Label.
After sorting, any response labels that are marked as "no answer" or "missing" are placed at the bottom of the list, regardless of their associated codes, stat values, or labels.
